I wanted small salons to have the same digital tools as large companies – simple, affordable, and locally developed. 💪

I know life behind the counter, not just from theory. I’ve worked in industries where you open the shop at six in the morning, where regular customers matter more than likes – and where nobody has time to struggle with complicated software.

The Problem

And that’s exactly where the problem lies: Many tools are too expensive, too complex, or not designed for the daily life of small teams.

So I thought to myself: “If it doesn’t exist – I’ll just build it myself.” 😄

How can technology become more human again?

I wanted to create a tool that doesn’t feel like software – but like a good assistant: friendly, reliable, uncomplicated. Just typical BanioBits. 💜

And when a hairdresser can say in the evening:
